- Marinate the pork in the pineapple juice overnight.
- In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the onion powder, garlic powder, chipotle chile powder, salt, and brown sugar. Place tenderloin in bag and shake, coating meat evenly. Refrigerate for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Cook in oven at 400 degrees F for 30 minutes, or for 20 minutes on a grill on medium-high heat.
