  1. Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Stir in the garlic; cook and stir until the garlic is fragrant, about 2 minutes.
  2. Add the spinach a few handfuls at a time, stirring until wilted before adding more, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the lemon juice, and season with garlic salt.
