- Heat up oil on medium heat in frying pan
- Add garlic and fry for 1-2 min or until fragrant
- Add choi sum and stir fry until it starts turning bright green
- Add sugar, salt, white pepper, and cooking wine. Mix well with choi sum and keep stir-frying until choi sum is cooked

- Can use gai lan as well instead of choi sum. Maybe bok choy too?
