1 lbChoi sum 1 tspsugar 0.5 tspsalt 0.25 tspwhite pepper, ground 1 tbspcooking wine 1 tspgarlicminced 1 tbspvegetable oil
  1. Heat up oil on medium heat in frying pan
  2. Add garlic and fry for 1-2 min or until fragrant
  3. Add choi sum and stir fry until it starts turning bright green
  4. Add sugar, salt, white pepper, and cooking wine. Mix well with choi sum and keep stir-frying until choi sum is cooked
