1 tbspolive oil 1onionschopped 2 tspgarlicminced 1 lbsground turkey 4carrots, mediumchopped 6 stalkscelerychopped 1 tsprosemary 1 tspthyme 0.25 tspred pepper flakes 0.5 tspsalt 0.25 tspground black pepper
  1. Heat olive oil in skillet on high heat
  2. Add onions and garlic, cook until soft, 2-3 minutes
  3. Add ground turkey, cook until no longer pink, around 10 minutes
  4. Add carrots, celery, and spices, and cook, allowing steam to escape, another 5-10 minutes until liquid is almost gone
  5. Add a splash of water and cook covered on low heat until carrots are soft, another 10 minutes or so.
