- Heat olive oil in skillet on high heat
- Add onions and garlic, cook until soft, 2-3 minutes
- Add ground turkey, cook until no longer pink, around 10 minutes
- Add carrots, celery, and spices, and cook, allowing steam to escape, another 5-10 minutes until liquid is almost gone
- Add a splash of water and cook covered on low heat until carrots are soft, another 10 minutes or so.
