2 tbspsesame seedsroasted 2 tbspsesame oil 1onions, mediumthinly sliced 2zucchinithinly sliced 3 tbspsoy sauce
  1. Roast sesame seeds in a dry skillet if needed, and set aside.
  2. Warm the oil in the skillet over medium heat. Stir in onions, and cook 5 minutes.
  3. Add zucchini, and cook, stirring, about 1 minute.
  4. Stir in soy sauce and sesame seeds. Cook until zucchini are tender, about 5 minutes.
