3 tbspoil 26 oztofucubed to tastesalt to tasteground black pepper 2 clovesgarlic 1 cupketchup 0.5 tspcayenne powder
  1. Put 3 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the cubed tofu to the skillet, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and cook. Stir and turn occasionally until it's golden and crisp on at least a few sides, 5 to 10 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic to the skillet along with 1 cup ketchup and 0.5 tsp cayenne powder. Cook, stirring until the ketchup starts to bubble and caramelize around the edges of the skillet.
  4. Toss the tofu to coat with the sauce, add a splash of water if it needs to be saucier.
