1 lbground chicken 2 tbspsesame oil 1 cupmushroomscoarsely chopped 0.25 cupbasilchopped 3 tbsphoisin sauce 1 tbspginger 1 tbspsoy sauce 2 tspgarlicminced 1 tsprice vinegar 1 tspcorn starch
  1. Heat sesame oil in a large saucepan over medium/high heat.
  2. Once oil is heated, add in ground chicken and sauté for a few minutes, mixing continuously.
  3. Then, add in chopped mushrooms and fresh basil, and continue to sauté until chicken is cooked all the way through, around 8-10 minutes.
  4. While the chicken is cooking, prepare the sauce. Whisk together all ingredients (hoisin sauce, ginger, soy sauce, garlic, rice vinegar, corn starch).
  5. Pour sauce over chicken mixture and let simmer for a few more minutes to let the sauce thicken.
