1 cuprice, whiterinsed and drained 1.5 cupwater 1 tspbutter
  1. Put rice, water, butter in a pot on the stove on high heat. Bring it to a boil.
  2. Turn down heat, cover, and let simmer for 15 min.
  3. Take it off the heat, keep it covered, and let it sit for another 10 min (to let it steam).
  4. Fluff with fork.
