- Cut squash in half and scoop out seeds
- Preheat oven to 375 def (convection roast)
- Cut acorn squash into half inch slices
- Spread slices in one layer on baking pan
- Brush olive oil and sprinkle cinnamon on both sides
- Put in preheated oven for 25min
- After 25 min, take out, flip slices, put back in oven for another 10 min
