1acorn squash 2 tbspolive oil to tastecinnamon
  1. Cut squash in half and scoop out seeds
  2. Preheat oven to 375 def (convection roast)
  3. Cut acorn squash into half inch slices
  4. Spread slices in one layer on baking pan
  5. Brush olive oil and sprinkle cinnamon on both sides
  6. Put in preheated oven for 25min
  7. After 25 min, take out, flip slices, put back in oven for another 10 min
