1 lbsground pork 1onions, yellowfinely chopped 1 cupcelerychopped 1bell peppers, greenchopped 0.5 cuprice, white long grainuncooked 2.5 cupswaterhot 1chicken noodle dry mix 2 tspsalt
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a dutch oven or casserole dish over medium heat, brown the sausage with the onion, celery and bell pepper.
  3. Add rice, hot water, and soup mix. Mix well to avoid lumps in the soup mix.
  4. Cover and bake in oven for 1.5 hours.
