2 canschickpeas 2scallions 3 tbspmayonnaise 2 tbsplemon juice 2 tbspdill
  1. Drain and rinse chickpeas.
  2. Pour chickpeas into a medium size mixing bowl and mash with a fork.
  3. Mix in scallions, mayonnaise (to taste), lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper to taste.
